Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Clients may make modifications or cancel their appointment up until 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time without penalty.
Clients also need to confirm their appointment 48 hours prior to their appointment or it may be cancelled.
Please note that a $250 deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. In the event of a cancellation after the 72-hour deadline, or a NO-SHOW, this deposit will be forfeited and will not be credited towards future treatments.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.
Clients may request modifications up to seven (7) days prior to the appointment. A confirmation call will be made seven (7) days in advance.
