Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  • Clients may make modifications or cancel their appointment up until 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time without penalty.
  • Clients also need to confirm their appointment 48 hours prior to their appointment or it may be cancelled.
  • Please note that a $250 deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. In the event of a cancellation after the 72-hour deadline, or a NO-SHOW, this deposit will be forfeited and will not be credited towards future treatments.
  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.
  • Clients may request modifications up to seven (7) days prior to the appointment. A confirmation call will be made seven (7) days in advance.
