- Gift cards and vouchers are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable for cash.
- Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
- Expiry dates apply and must be used within the stated validity period.
- Gift certificates are applied as a credit to the recipient's client file upon redemption.
- Gift certificates may be transferred to another individual prior to redemption; however, the clinic must be notified before the appointment is scheduled.
- All purchases are redeemable only as in-store credit across services at The Heritage Aesthetics Clinic. Credit does not guarantee any treatment. All services require consultation and medical clearance by a Registered Nurse or Skin Therapist, and treatment suitability is determined at their clinical discretion.
